Marlo Fischer
AssociateMarlo Fischer is a dedicated attorney whose legal career has centered around representing plaintiffs in a range of cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and toxic torts.
Marlo completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Sam Houston State University in 2011. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2015, where her outstanding academic performance earned her recognition as a Dean's Scholar. During her time in law school, Marlo had the exceptional opportunity to study under Supreme Court Justice John Roberts at Charles University in Prague.

Areas of Practice
Since graduating from law school, Marlo has successfully managed multiple high-volume case dockets, demonstrating her exceptional skills in handling cases from intake to settlement. In 2022, she was appointed to the Leadership Development Committee for MDL 2924 and worked alongside the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in that litigation.
Marlo has spoken at Mass Torts Made Perfect and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association annual conference on managing large volume case dockets.
