Clint Casperson

Clint Casperson is an accomplished trial attorney whose practice has focused primarily on catastrophic personal injury, pharmaceutical litigation, and complex medical device mass torts for more than 15 years.

Clint earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2010. Since then, he has built a practice focused on representing individuals who have suffered life-altering injuries and holding negligent corporations and manufacturers accountable. Over the course of his career, Clint has represented individuals in some of the nation’s most complex mass tort and product liability litigations, including litigation involving 3M Combat Arms earplugs, Gilead’s tenofovir-based medications, Sanofi’s Taxotere, and Boston Scientific medical devices. He has also successfully represented survivors in Uber sexual assault litigation.

Clint’s commitment to excellence has earned him recognition as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2020 through 2024 and selection to the Texas Super Lawyers list in 2026. These distinctions recognize outstanding professional achievement and peer recognition.
