Sam Palermo is a board - certified personal injury trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience practicing in state and federal courts in Texas and others states. Mr. Palermo has successfully represented client in a variety of cases including: maritime disasters; construction accidents; land and offshore rig accidents; offshore platform explosion; contract disputes and fraud claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Palermo worked at two of the largest and oldest plaintiff's firms in Texas. Mr. Palermo is a former law clerk to the Honorable Ross N. Sterling, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Palermo became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1993. He has been a regular speaker and author for State Bar of Texas accredited Continuing Legal Education programs. Mr. Palermo has also been a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) at the University of Houston College of Law. He is a past Director of the Houston Trial Lawyer Association and a past Associate Director or the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Palermo is an AV rated trial lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Palermo received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Saint Thomas and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. He is married and has two daughters.
